While some of us have the luxury of working from home (like all of us at Ratchet+Wrench), shop owners don't have that choice. President and shop owner, Jimmy Alauria of 3A Automotive Service, and one of this year's Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference speakers, talks with our staff writer, Abby Patterson, on how shops can stay proactive.
